    Job Description
    This is a great career opportunity for a qualified candidate who will be responsible for guiding staff in all aspects of the branch experience, including achievement of branch goals, overseeing all aspects of daily branch operations and delivery of unsurpassed, quality member service.  Must have strong leadership, sales and communication skills.  Will be required to maintain Notary Public, NMLS designation and Signature Guarantee services.  Referrals of loans to Loan Sales Team is expected.  Must assure proper control of cash handling and accountability in accordance to regulations and procedures.  Branch Manager is expected to support the branch team and manage the relationship building activities with credit union members.

    Branch Manager is expected to be involved in Community Outreach activities to attain credit union goals.  This will include weekly sales calls, promoting credit union membership growth with current and potential member groups and attending local community events.

    Minimum 5 years financial institution branch experience and a 4-year college degree or equivalent educational or work experience a must.   Three years of direct supervisory experience required.
