New York State now requires every employer to adopt a sexual harassment prevention policy and ensure all employees receive training on an annual basis. NYS deadline is in place for 2019 training to be completed by the end of October.
To assist our members, The Chamber has partnered with longtime member Pinnacle Human Resources, LLC to offer affordable classes at the chamber office- that will ensure compliance with NYS requirements on sexual harassment training for businesses of all types and sizes.
- Certified HR professionals will conduct the session
- The training meets or exceeds all NYS mandated content
- All businesses in attendance will be provided documentation that they provided required training to their employees
- Please allocate 2 hours for the training; the program is designed to train all employees during the first hour, with special supervisory session at the end.
