The Chamber has two rooms available for rent to members at our Offices just minutes from Exit 9 on the Northway.
The Executive Education Center seats approximately 35 individuals classroom style and includes audio-visual/presentation equipment including an LCD projector, wireless internet connection, television, screen, and white boards. Perfect for training and seminars.
Rental Fees for the Executive Education Center:
Full Day - $165.00 ($40 for Not-for-Profit Organizations)
Half Day - $95.00 ($30 for Not-for-Profit Organizations)
Less than 4 hours - $20 per hour ($5 for Not-for-Profit) + $20 surcharge for usage after 5 PM
The Conference Room seats approximately 20 individuals around a long table. Brightly lit by a number of large windows, this room is perfect for staff and client meetings.
Rental Fees for the Conference Room
Full Day - $75.00 ($20 for Not-For-Profit Organizations)
Half Day - $45.00 ($15 for Not-For-Profit Organizations)
Less than 4 hours - $10 per hour (free for Not-for-Profits) + $20 surcharge for usaged after 5 PM
Chamber members who are home-based businesses can use our conference room up to 2 hours per week at no cost.
